Rachel Belle is the host of The Noshand host and creator of Your Last Meal, a James Beard Award finalist for Best Podcast. She is an editor-at-large at Cascade PBS. An Edward R Murrow award-winning feature reporter, she spent the last 20 years as a broadcast journalist, most recently at Seattle's KIRO Radio. As a freelance food writer, her work was published in Lucky Peach, Eater, Seattle Weekly, The Stranger, etc. Her cookbook Open Sesame will be out November 2024.
