Christopher Rufo is a documentary filmmaker and executive director of the Documentary Foundation. He’s a research fellow at the Discovery Institute, member of the Opportunity for All Coalition, and finishing a film for PBS about three forgotten American cities. He is a plaintiff in the lawsuit against the city of Seattle's municipal income tax.
