Cary Moon is an urban planner and organizer who ran for mayor of Seattle in 2017 on a progressive urbanist platform: pro-transit, pro affordable housing, pro progressive taxation, pro municipal wifi, and anti-racist. She is a board member of Progress Alliance in Washington, a former systems engineer, and has won numerous awards for civic leadership and activism.
