Annette Hayes

Annette L. Hayes currently serves as the United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington. Ms. Hayes received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with Honors, from Williams College, in 1984, and her Doctor of Law degree, with specialization in International Legal Affairs, from Cornell Law School, in 1991.
