Head coach Lorenzo Romar finally has a team that understands the benefits of, well, being a team. Watch out, Pac-12.

After a disappointing flameout in March, Washington men’s basketball coach Lorenzo Romar remade his offense, remade his coaching staff and begins the 2012-13 season Sunday hoping to make up for missing the NCAA tourney.

Gone to the NBA are the team’s top two scorers, Terrence Ross and Tony Wroten, which may be the most useful development in the makeover.
