Last month's Crosscut article on the Beacon Hill Food Forest project was a huge success, spurring reports from news organizations around the country, including NPR, Grist, Utne Reader, Treehugger, Good, and King 5 News. Just this week it became Crosscut's most-read story based on Google Analytics' tracking.
People are still buzzing about it, and it's no surprise: a community forest of food, open to the public for foraging. So, we've decided to give you more. This Saturday, March 10 at 3:30 p.m., Crosscut is hosting a tour of the site and Q&A session with co-founder Jacquie Cramer, permaculture designer Jenny Pell, and Crosscut writer Robert Mellinger.
This is a Crosscut member event, but there are limited spots available for non-members. RSVP to RSVP@crosscut.com.
